Just a lucky shot of this big cheetah licking his nose. He was actually the 2nd largest cheetah ever recorded - by only about 2 pounds. I can imagine that he at his biggest (over 140 pounds) was really intimidating - normal weight here, as he is, was about 125.
Stunning animal, I love him...

Yeah I know - I don't think they have any kings at either the zoo or wap, they're very rare indeed. They've got like 9 right now, at the wap and 2 at the zoo and 4 BABIES that I didn't know about until I went to the website... eeeee! I know where I'm going next week....
He actually looked much darker in color live, than this. The photos all come out with this brighter yellow color, but his fur was the color of light dirt, not straw. Very odd that way. The other pictures I have, of Chobe the cheetah from the zoo, he really was that light color of yellow.
He's so beautiful! I've nevr seen a cheetah in real life, but I bet it's amazing. I think I may go too the gamefarm in vancouver this september. Maybe I'll have some awesome pics after that.
This is definately my fav out of all of these pics, I lov ehow he's sitting with his paws crossed
