This picture was started about 20 years ago, with the yellowed 11x17 piece in the middle bottom. (Well, actually before then, on another piece, which I transfered with inking to this one.) On it are "me" in my many incarnations, genres and settings. Game characters, story, dreams, fanfic, etc. And me in the middle of the bottom row, at the drawing table. Yes, the scale is out of control toward the top. I can't help that. This piece can't be scanned conventionally - it's on several large pieces of poster paper with cardboard supports on the back. Any suggestions about getting it clearly scanned?
lol yup - that was the fun part of this piece, putting the agents up there. They're huge too, compared to the front row heh. I need to take a more current one, because there are about 5 or 6 more new characters now.
You might need to find some kind of professional or business-type copying service that has a massive scanner, or something like that... I love that though, I do massive character-collages myself, but they usually don't take years to complete, hehe. Great work!

I've found a couple places in town that can do flat platten type photographic captures. They want... a lot of money for it... And didn't seem to understand that when I say I want it scanned at such-and-so a DPI its FOR MY USE not for a printer... I don't care about a printer's use - they wanted me to commit to having it reprinted or something, so I'm likely to go shop around before I use that place.
heh - as I'm going through the boxes of crap I have in storage, bringing them to my new office to scan and throw away... I have at least 3 or 4 different versions of the original 20 or so characters - down in the middle in the yellowed-paper area, that's all it was in high school. .... >______< it's so big now.
Those are just the *main* characters, too - can't forget that some of em are just the tip of the iceberg!!
So what are you waiting for! Start drawing! And I'd heartily recommend starting with a BIG piece of paper not a little one like I did!!
