Description
I finally figured out there's a place to get a little 3rd person view, if you get into this gun. I think I did a pretty good job with making him in City of Heroes, based only on the little you see in the intro.
Damn shame that there was no one to gun down with that thing. :/

The rocket gun? Yeah, they always placed those in locations where you usually had to clear the map before you reached them.
I think there's actually two in the game, one in the canyon, another just past a dam, overlooking a large, junk-filled lake (I think right before the canyon).
Could never get to them before I had to kill everybody else. Sniper rifles were always fun for clearing the bastards off the seat, though.
