SaxxSteeds 1 - Adoptables

As some of my watchers have noticed, I'm on a Horse Herd kick recently.

These are "Saxxon's Steeds" - they're a particular breed of Zekiran steed, with (incomplete) information found here at my herd page:

These are located in the "other" category - they're just so different from even other "grounded" steeds that they deserver their own category.

** By the way, this [link] is High Lord Saxxon.

** Saxxon's Steeds are much larger than normal Zekiran steeds, and that is saying a lot - they can be as huge as 30 hands high, that's 10 feet at the shoulder.

** They are *omniverous* and tend to eat way more meat than anything else. They have sharp teeth in front along with grinding molars, and a carnivore/omnivore digestive tract so they don't have to spend "all that time" grazing. They have 'fingers' on their forelimbs, instead of merely one hoof they have 1 big one and 2 fingerlets above and behind that.

** They tend to be very dark-colored, and tend not to have much patterning. Albinism at birth is considered extreme weakness, and all born-albinos are eaten at birth. Albinism exists that fades over time, so there *are* adult Albino or pale colored SaxxonSteeds. They are outcasts, don't expect many if any.

** They are highly intelligent and psionic - they can think at the same rate as any human, and in addition they can also use a strange mixture of telepathy, empathy, and other more interesting psionics. All SaxxSteeds can do so, but some are more powerful or unusual than others.

** They also may occasionally sport mutations, almost all of which are offensive weaponry or defensive types. Some are known to shapeshift into these weapons, while most are simply born with spikes or whatnot.

** The images here are NOT to scale.

** SaxxSteeds may be bred with highly unusual 'exotics' - no normal Earth horse can breed with them, they're just too different. Any very large (19+hh) fantasy-horse can probably breed with any given smallish (23-hh) SaxxSteed. Saxx traits will dominate if the MARE is a Saxx, if sire, the mare's traits will dominate. Unicorn types, those with leather wings, and anything with spikes, will have an easier time breeding with these. Obviously, a mare Saxx will have a slightly easier time being bred with a more normal horse, than the other way around, they are VERY big. Also, they do NOT have twins.

** In general they can be physically compared to ultra-tall Gypsy Vanner horses.

To adopt!

1) You need to draw the one you want, after getting my okay, within 1 week. You MAY use lineart, but make sure it's appropriate - they are HUGE horses, not dainty little arabs. Draft horse builds = best.

2) You MUST have an understanding of Zekiran steeds, so check out the webpage above. Also,
[link] is the full RPG site. -- these steeds exist over 100 thousand years later than the RPG takes place. If your SaxxSteed is going to be on Earth or any other world - you need to tell me HOW it gets there. (magic, psionics, wishful thinking, teleportation, whatever! make something up!)

3) It's first-drawn first-adopted, so if you and someone else both want it, whoever actually draws it first gets it. I will probably make more of these, if they're popular, and if not, I will certainly make a custom one for anyone who didn't get in on it this time.

4) The genders of these specific ones ARE set, do not change them. They each have descriptions, and I hope to see the description observed in your work.
