Steampunk Charlie is a fictional character in City of Heroes, hopefully his owner will send me a form for his real self 
However, Steamer is an awesome fun character. He's a bit weird, being entirely from the internet, he has no true memories of REAL earth, but instead his '
ast'. He's still an inventor, has put together some amazing things... No one knows what they're supposed to do.
Thankfully he's also got a talent for making herbal teas.
